Broken Arrow Wear is the best place to order shirt silk screening.  We have a super experienced team that specializes in shirt printing.  In addition to screen printing, we offer digital printing, embroidery, applique, and more.  Be sure to check out our awesome specialty inks for shirt printing, which are a great low cost way to add some wow factor to your shirts.  Have you ever wondered how screen printing is actually done?  For the actual printing at Broken Arrow Wear, the shirt is loaded on to a pallet, where it moves from station to station and is printed with each screen.  We have several different presses for silk screening.  We have several manual presses, where the pressure and speed for screen printing is controlled by the production crew member doing the printer.  We also have several automatic presses for shirt printing, where the ink is pushed through the screens automatically by the machine, and the shirts rotate from station to station for the next layer of ink automatically.  With an automatic press, shirt printing takes much less time than a manual press, which works great for large orders of shirts as it can print several hundred t shirts per hour.   Besides shirt printing, we can screen print on other garments such as sweatshirts, hoodies, shorts, sweatpants, tote bags, tanks, hats and more.  After the shirt has moved through each station, it is pulled off the pallet and sent through the dryer.  For shirt printing, it is super important the dryer is at the exact temperature needed to cure the ink.  This ensures the ink will not wash off, crack or peel from the shirts.  When we screen print t shirts, we check the dryer temperature constantly, as something as simple as opening the door in the winter can change the internal temp in the dryer.  For shirt printing, we have several huge dryers that are a flay conveyor belt style that ensure the shirts are dried to the optimal temperature, without being too hot and scorching.  At Broken Arrow Wear, the next step is quality control.  Each and every shirt we print is review to make sure it looks perfect, and matches the original design.  We check to make sure the designs are lined up correctly, and the image is straight and aligned.  Then, the shirts are counted again and boxed for shipping.
