With spandex garments for example, we use a special additive when printing so it looks great on spandex. Our production department uses state of the art equipment that precisely prints the inks through the screens using our automatic presses, or our manual presses. After the shirts are printed, they go through our commercial dryers, which cure the print to the exact temperature needed to cure, without scorching the garments. Our inks for screen printing are light weight, yet incredibly durable for screen printing. We use a soft hand approach, which includes a white under base, and then the other colors are printed over it which gives a nice bright result, without having the shirt color show through. At Broken Arrow Wear our inks are thin, yet with great coverage. We can use several different colored inks on your shirt, without the print being heavy and thick.
