Do you have a highly detailed design, or need to print a small quantity of shirts digital printing is a great option! With digital printing there is no minimum order requirement so you can order single shirts if you would like. You can use a photo or a highly detailed design and it will be reproduced perfectly, as the design doesn’t need to be color separated like screen printing does. There are a few restrictions with digital printing, like the shirts need to be at least 80% cotton, and the maximum print size is 14×16 inches on most mens shirts. If you are wanting specialty inks like foil or glitter, screen printing will be your best bet as digital printing uses waterbased inks.
